Transitioning from Co-Sleeping to Sleep Independence: A Mother's Journey

This is Jessica, a dedicated mother who, for the first 2 years, breastfed her child to sleep every night, multiple times.


Jess and her husband, James, resorted to sleeping separately as she was now sleeping in her toddler’s Montessori bed. This, as some of us can relate, was the only way Jess found to get some sleep herself.
