Service Description

This package is for babies and toddlers with only one or two sleep-related issues. If your child has short naps and several overnight wakeups or you would prefer a gentle approach, the 3-week package may be more suited to your needs. This Basic Support Package Includes: • Full sleep analysis and review of an intake form, before our consultation. • A personalised and step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your baby and your parenting style. • An Initial 60-minute consultation to go over the plan in detail so you are confident when starting. • Daily feedback via a sleep log you will fill out with the routine. • 3 x 20-minute online sessions for additional support. All sessions will be held by phone, Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. • Once the support has finished you will gain one (1) month access to our *Members Lounge where you can ask questions about your child's schedule to help keep the results we achieve together. *The Members Lounge is a private Facebook Group. In the platform you can ask questions and Polly also hosts a Zoom meeting twice monthly for an opportunity to ask her questions 1:1. The Lounge also has downloadable handouts with age-appropriate schedules, sleep regression, travel tips and much more. What happens once I book in? 1. Once you have made the booking, a sleep intake form will be sent to you via email. 2. We will then book a 15-minute chat where we will discuss the sleep and settling issues. 3. 24hr before your appointment a tailored sleep plan and supporting informative documents will be sent via email. 4. The 10 days support commences following the initial 1-hour consult. Before making a booking and payment please make sure you have read and understood the Terms of Service. Making the payment means you have agreed to our Terms of Service. -There is no additional cost for twins. -A 30% discount is offered for siblings of different age. This package is suitable for children from 4 months.
