Service Description

This package is ideal for gentle parents who wish to teach independence by following their child's pace while being present and supportive. This Premium Support Package Includes: • Full sleep analysis and review of intake form before the consultation. • A personalised and step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your baby and your parenting style. • An initial 60-minute consultation to go over the plan in detail so you are confident when starting. • 6 x 20-minute sessions for additional support - 2 calls per week. All sessions will be held by phone, Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp. • 3 weeks of daily feedback support via a sleep log you will be filling out with your routine. • Once the 3 weeks have concluded you will gain access to our *Members Lounge to help keep the results we achieve together. What happens once I book in? 1- Once you have booked in a sleep intake form will be sent to you via email. Please fill out the form before our call. 2- We will then book a 15min chat to discuss the sleep and settling issue and so Polly can ask any follow up q's. 3- 24hours before the initial consultation your will receive the sleep plan and supporting informative documents via email. 4- The 3 weeks support commences following the initial 1-hour consultation. *The Members Lounge is a private Facebook Group only for Polly's clients. In the platform you will have space to ask questions. Polly also hosts a Zoom meeting twice monthly for an opportunity to ask her questions 1:1. The Lounge also has downloadable handouts with age-appropriate schedules, sleep regression, travel tips and much more. Making the payment means you have agreed to our Terms of Service. -There is no additional cost for twins. -A 30% discount is offered for a sibling of different ages. This package is suitable for children from 4 months.
